Central Region Water Board has set aside some funds in this year’s budget and intends to apply payments towards procurement of new motor vehicles & motor cycles.

1. The Board now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the above Goods and related services

2. Bidding will be done in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Republic of Malawi.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and in respect of bidding documents at the address at Nine (9) attention: Procurement & Disposal Manager

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payments of a non-refundable fee of MWK 10,000(Ten Thousand Kwacha) by cash or Bank certified cheque.

5. Bids clearly marked” Tender for Supply and delivery of Motor Vehicles” must be delivered to the address shown at “9(b)” below on or before Friday 17th October, 2025 at 10:00 hours. All Bids must be accompanied by a duly completed bid securing declaration form.

6. Late Bids shall be rejected

7. Bids will be opened at Central Region Water Board Conference Room in the presence of bidders ‘representative who choose to attend on dates and times indicated below;

8. Central Region Water Board reserves the right to eject any or all bids and is not bound to accept the lowest or any other bidder
