C. Preparation of Bids

ITB 12.1 (i) The Bidder shall submit with its bid the following additional documents:

(a) Beneficial Ownership Form

(b) Current Tax Clearance Certificate(TCC)

(c) Current Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Home Affairs.

(d) Letter from Malawi Police Service to confirm screening arrangement of guards during recruitment process.

(e) Certificate of Registration with PPDA

(f) Certificate of Incorporation

(g) Documentary evidence of at least three similar contracts performed in the past two years.

(h) Documentary evidence of liquidity equivalent to three (3) months cash flow requirement for performing the contract.

ITB 14.1 Alternative bids shall not be considered.

ITB 15.5 The Incoterms edition is: Not Applicable

ITB 15.5 For Related Goods, the Bidder shall quote prices using the following Incoterms: Not Applicable

E. Evaluation and Comparison of Bids
