1. Central Region Water Board has set aside some funds in this year’s budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the procurement of Security Services.

NOTE:
i. Bidders are at liberty to bid for Lots of their choice
ii. Bidders are required to bid for all items on the chosen lot.
2. The Board now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of the services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and in respect of bidding documents at the address given at 9 (a) Attention: The Acting Procurement and Disposal Manager.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000 (Ten thousand Malawi Kwacha) by cash or bank certified cheque payable to Central Region Water Board.
6. Bids must be delivered and deposited in a Tender Box that will be located at the Reception on or before times indicated below clearly marked with the Invitation for Bids Number (IFB No.) as above at address given at 9 (b).
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders` representatives who may choose to attend on Monday 20th May 2024 at 10:00 hours Local Time at the offices of Central Region Water Board Head Office Board Room.
8. Central Region Water Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is not bound to accept the lowest or any other bidder.
